Crafco PolyPatch

Specifically designed for cracks too large for crack sealing and distressed surfaces that are too small for re-paving. It is a versatile hot-applied, pourable, self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt binder containing selected aggregate to ensure good load bearing and skid resistant characteristics. Compounded with lightweight aggregate


Cold Applied Crack Fillers


Rubberized crack filler is emulsified asphalt containing rubber and selected fillers designed for sealing cracks in asphalt pavements. It is cold applied and ready-to-use with no wasted material.


Lastek 33 Rubberized Liquid Crack Sealer

Elastic ready to use sealer - just pour it in. Dries fast. Provides years of protection.
LATEK 33 is a one (1) component, pourable, high performance, black, rubberized asphalt emulsion-based crack sealer. It is ideal for filling cracks up to ½" wide in any asphalt or concrete surface. LASTEK 33 dries to a black rubber-hard consistency, providing a crack-free, water resistant surface prior to application of pavement sealer.

Crack Sticks

Permanent crack sealant that is applied with heat (a simple hand held torch). Bonds to the sides of the crack and expands and contracts with freeze/thaw cycles.
Available in 3/8", 1/2" & 3/4" sizes.

Gator Patch

Ready-to-use blend of asphalt emulsion, mineral fillers, glass fiber, ground rubber and plasticizer. It is very durable for parking lots, driveways, play grounds, walkways, running tracks, tennis courts, etc. In addition to alligator cracked areas, it can also be used to fill shallow depressions or to fill cracks in excess of 1/2" wide in asphalt surfaces.



Backer / Hot Rod

Asphalt crack backer rod (also known as "hot rod") is designed for the purpose of pre -filling cracks in asphalt that are deeper than 1/2" in depth. Backer rod is a continuous-length, compressible foam material that stops the waste of costly sealant material.



Cold Patch

UPM® Permanent Pavement Repair Material

UPM Permanent Pavement Repair Material is the high-performance asphalt patching material that is easily applied any time of the year, under any weather conditions. UPM is quick and easy to apply, with no special or expensive equiptment required. Just sweep the area to be repaired, removing loose debris. Shovel or pour UPM into the hole. Waterproofing Membrane

Excellent for waterproofing joints and cracks. The waterproofing membrane is comprised of a rubberized asphalt waterproofing element and a non-woven pavement reinforcing grade polypropylene fabric laminated to the outer surface.

Crafco Geotac & Propex Petrotac®

Peel-and-stick waterproofing membranes designed specifically to be used as a moisture barrier. They prevent water permeation or penetration through pavement surfaces and subsequent damage that moisture causes.

Crafco Mini Melter 10

One man operation, hand agitated 10 gallon melter/applicator that can melt sealant for application in approximately 20 minutes. Capable of melting and applying up to 800 lbs of material per day. The wheeled melter follows random cracks for efficient crack sealing.

The 20-gal. self-contained unit requires the use of a pour pot or can be used with the Mini Melter 10.

Crafco Mini Melter 30 - Air Jacketed

A 30 gallon sealant melter and dispenser. Comes equipped with hand agitator, temperature gauge, regulator, hose, burner, lifting handles, hinged lid and draw-off valve. The kettle is capable of melting up to 1200 lbs of sealant per day. Air jacketed, propane fired.

Crafco Patcher I & II

Crafco's new multi-use melter for either Polypatch (asphalt) or Techcrete (concrete) patching hot pour material. The Crafco Patcher Series Melter is available in two sizes. The Patcher II's large volume easily handles large production projects. The Patcher I is designed for smaller patching tasks The melter has a gravity feed chute to apply the hot pour patching products. The Patcher II has two large openings for easy material loading. Advanced digital temperature controls maintain accurate material and oil temperatures and feature an auto flame shut down for safety. Traffic Control Accessories



Barricades

Type I Barricades

One reflective top panel. Meets the criteria for use on low speed, conventional roads or urban streets. Type 1 barricades are also used for pedestrian traffic control.

Type II Barricades

Top & bottom reflective panels. Type II barricades meet the criteria for use on expressways and freeways or other high speed roadways. Though similar to the Type I barricade, the Type II barricade offers more nighttime visibility because the bottom panel is also reflective.

Type III Barricades

Type III barricades have three reflective panels. Type III barricades are primarily used where it is necessary to close a road completely. When used to close roadways, Type III barricades must also support the appropriate signage. These signs would include, but are not limited to: ROAD CLOSED, DETOUR, LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY. When deemed necessary Type III barricades can be outfitted with Type A "warning" flashers.

The Safety Rider Mini Hump is a unique modular device designed to slow traffic while maintaining a continuous traffic flow. Unlike asphalt or concrete, our mini humps are preformed to provide a uniform, consistent profile, and a smooth, safe ride. The interlocking tongue and groove system allows the module units to be linked together to cover the width of any roadway.
  • 100% recycled rubber with In-molded, reflective highway tape (yellow or white).
  • Pre-drilled holes for quick installation; shipped with lag bolts and plastic shields - for installation on asphalt surfaces (Note: if installing the Safety Rider on concrete, metal lag bolts and shields must be purchased separately).
  • End caps are available to help protect modular ends as well as vehicles.
  • Can be easily removed for storage / relocation & can be used for temporary or permanent installation.

PreMark® high performance retro-reflective preformed thermoplastic pavement markings are engineered for enhanced visibility, durability and flexibility. Flame Tape

(Preformed Heat Fused Thermoplastic)
Flame tape is a heat fused prefabricated thermoplastic pavement marking material. High tech polymer resins out- performs your typical hydrocarbon and alkyd based preformed thermoplastic materials. Flame tape is so durable that it can be installed in locations with heavy street traffic or in isolated areas and still last for years and years. It is highly retroreflective. It reflects so well it can be seen in the darkest night. It also bonds fast so that road crews and traffic are not tied up for a long time.

Designed for heavy use, these stencils will last a lifetime. Apply paint with brush, roller or spray equipment. When paint dries, it is easily removed from parking stencil. All sizes given are for image only. Actual plastic background is slightly larger. Standard sizes available in 6", 8", 12", 18" & 24". Larger sizes available upon request.
